1. No Refund Policy
All scrunchies are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

2. Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer exchanges in case you receive a damaged or defective scrunchie. To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value.

3. Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted as processing begins quickly.
