• Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• In case of a lost package, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
